MAIER Group needs to incorporate a R&D Design Engineer to its Technological Center in Gernika:
Reporting to the Product Manager of the Advanced Engineering and Innovation area, the selected person;
- Capture trends, ideas and proposals for innovative projects through the relationship with OEMs with a clear orientation to the automotive market.
- Document innovation: Research, analyze and establish conclusions on market trends that will influence the company’s future products.
- Translate OEM needs into product/technology design proposals for future Maier products.
- Will propose technical sales campaigns to Maier’s OEM customers based on identified needs.

We are looking for Engineering professionals with a specialization in Industrial Design, with a high level of English, with a second language (French or German) being an asset. Knowledge of Rhinoceros, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or other image editing programs will be required.
