AIC-Automotive Intelligence Center announces the launch of the Automotive Excellence Program, an initiative designed to prepare students from Vocational Training, university and master’s programs for the real challenges of a sector undergoing deep technological and industrial transformation.

This program aims to bring young talent closer to the reality of the industry, offering a distinctive learning experience based on practical training. Throughout the program, participants will work directly with vehicle platforms and real production environments, tackling projects related to key automotive products, processes and technologies.

Hands-on training in a real industrial environment

The Automotive Excellence Program will run for approximately four months, from May to September, on a part-time and flexible basis, allowing participants to combine it with their academic studies.

Additionally, it is a paid program, enabling students to gain professional experience in a unique business environment while continuing their education.

During the program, participants will work on real challenges related to intelligent vehicles and advanced manufacturing, collaborating with other students under the guidance of specialized tutors. This methodology promotes teamwork, problem-solving in real environments and direct interaction with companies in the sector.

Direct access to the industrial ecosystem

Participants will carry out their activities at AIC’s facilities in Boroa (Bizkaia), accessing state-of-the-art technological competence centers and working alongside industry professionals.

The program is mainly aimed at students from Vocational Training, final-year university degrees or master’s programs in technical disciplines, with a strong interest in automotive, emerging technologies and collaborative work in industrial environments.

Open application process

The pre-registration period will be open from April 7th to April 21st. Interested candidates must submit their CV for evaluation by AIC’s technical team.

In the coming days, AIC will announce the date of an online information session where full details of the program will be shared and questions will be answered live.

With this initiative, AIC reinforces its commitment to talent development and to bridging the gap between education and industry, contributing to the training of professionals ready to face the current and future challenges of the automotive sector.
