AIC-Automotive Intelligence Center has long been committed to developing and nurturing talent in the advanced mobility sector through a range of initiatives designed to establish the best training pathways for professionals across the automotive industry.
With this philosophy in mind, it is launching the first edition of FORMTECH, an event designed to give students and professionals a firsthand look at how to enter the sector, update their knowledge, specialize in specific areas, or reorient their career paths.
In this regard, FORMTECH will provide a clear overview of the trends impacting automotive employment, the specializations most in demand by the industry, information on training programs tailored to the sector, AIC’s talent and innovation ecosystem, and inspiration to continue evolving professionally.
According to Inés Anitua, General Director of AIC, “continuing education is not an option; it is a necessity to keep adding value to each professional and the organizations where they work or wish to work.”
To this end, AIC has organized an event on June 12th at 4:00 p.m., where participants will be able to learn about the reality of the sector and educational options, alongside AIC professionals, who will showcase the activities carried out at the various centers of excellence and the current industry needs.
