AIC is looking for a TRAINING PROJECT MANAGER
For the management of training and talent creation projects in the mobility/automotive sector.
Requirements:
- Bachelor/Master’s degree in disciplines related to industrial and internationalized sectors
- At least 5 years of experience in functions related to the management of training/talent projects
- High level of English and Basque
- Initiative, responsibility and autonomy to create and lead projects meeting deadlines and objectives
- Ability to work in a team, locally and internationally, and on several projects simultaneously
- Good communication skills, good relationship with third parties and problem solving
- Attention to detail, taste for organized work and ability to synthesize
