The aim of this course is to provide participants with an in-depth understanding of the objectives and requirements set out in the IATF 16949:2016 standard, as well as its key concepts and definitions.
The course is designed to facilitate the successful implementation of a quality management system within the automotive sector, ensuring the standard’s guidelines are properly applied and that the system remains operational, effective and continuously improving.
Furthermore, participants will acquire the necessary skills to plan and conduct internal audits effectively, thereby helping to generate value for the organisation and enabling an assessment of the effectiveness of the implemented management system.
Upon completion of the training, participants will be familiar with the roles, responsibilities and skills required of an internal auditor, enabling them to play an active part in any stage of the audit process.
