AIC-Automotive Intelligence Centre and Tecnológico de Monterrey have signed a partnership agreement to establish joint training initiatives for talent generation and skills development for future leaders in the field of mobility.

To this end, the parties will carry out activities in the academic, scientific and educational fields with the aim of strengthening the quality of training, promoting the generation and application of knowledge, and fostering institutional development.

Among other things, this alliance seeks to encourage the exchange of knowledge in the teaching field and the sharing of best practices; promote student mobility between centres; open up different academic methodologies, promoting binational classes; promote bilateral international events and conferences on continuing education; carry out joint research, as well as establish collaborations on innovation and development projects; design and generate new courses/programmes and academic materials; and develop collaborative projects related to talent and training.

This initiative is one of the lines that AIC is pursuing to strengthen its training capabilities with the latest trends in mobility and add greater value to its Master’s Degree in Automotive Engineering (EMEA) and the other courses and programmes that its Academy launches every year to reinforce talent within the automotive industry.

Tec de Monterrey is the most prestigious private university in Latin America due to its focus on educational innovation and links with industry. With more than 29 campuses spread across 23 states in Mexico and over 90,000 students, it has around 10,000 teaching staff.
